Trocken-Fleisch

Our dried meat is made exclusively from our animals.

Beef products:

• Bündnerfleisch:
  is air-dried in the Mark butcher’s shop in Mittellunden (GR).
• Smoked salamettli, Indian bangles, salami, Mostbröckli:
  are made by our butcher in Oltingen (BL).

Pork products:

• Country smoked ham, raw bacon:
  is smoked by our butcher in Oltingen (BL).

All of our meat products are made without artificial additives.

Our dried meat is also available around the clock in the farm shop.
